Our Story
Monica
In 2007, Monica made a life-changing decision to relocate to Kelowna, where she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by founding Perfect Touch Painting. Prior to this venture, Monica and her son Ryan had been collaborating under the same painting contractor.
Over the years, Monica has cultivated strong relationships with her clients and has become an integral part of the Okanagan community. It wasn't until 2019 that Ryan decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and move his own family to Kelowna, reuniting with Monica.
Since then, their presence in the community has flourished, and they have become highly esteemed members of the Okanagan community.
Ryan
Ryan is an avid real estate investor with a deep passion for all things residential. Being well versed in both renovations and new construction, Ryan has a comprehensive understanding of residential systems.
Ryan enjoys time in nature, whether it is exploring the mountains, relaxing on a tranquil lake, or traveling internationally with his family.
The Okanagan offers a wide variety of dynamic experiences for Ryan, who embraces an active lifestyle.
